Thomas has been with SS&B Heating and Cooling for four years, joining the HVAC/R field to help serve the community by bringing comfort and safety to every customer he encounters. Coming from an outside field after relocating from Oklahoma, Thomas quickly advanced to become our Lead Senior Technician. His intelligence, expertise, and problem-solving skills make him the go-to person when other technicians need help or simply someone to talk to. There’s nothing we don’t trust Thomas to be able to solve or figure out, and he’s always ready to lighten the mood with his quick wit and humor.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, stopping by the local cigar lounge, and working on custom firearm builds. Above all, he values spending time with his wife.

Dakota has been with SS&B Heating and Cooling for four years, starting in the installation department before quickly advancing to become one of our lead technicians. His knowledge, skills, and dedication to problem-solving have made him an invaluable part of our team. Dakota enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in tackling challenges to provide the best solutions.

An extremely proud father, Dakota loves spending time with his wife and their two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, relaxing after a hard day, and occasionally unwinding at the local cigar lounge. And if you ever want an interesting conversation, ask him about Bigfoot—he just might surprise you!

Alex chose to get into HVAC not only to learn a valuable trade but also to help the community and challenge himself mentally after having worked both physical labor and office jobs. With five years of Navy Reserve experience turning wrenches, Alex brought his skills and determination to SS&B two years ago, right after graduating from HVAC school.

He and his lovely wife have three children, of whom he is extremely proud. Alex is a caring individual who’s always willing to lend a hand and never hesitates to strike up a conversation about anything. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and continuously striving to better himself.

Joseph joined SS&B with several years of HVAC experience in both installation and service. He started out on our install team before moving into a service role. Prior to joining us, he worked at a few other local companies — including one where he crossed paths with a current member of our team.

Quiet-mannered and steady, Joseph takes his time on the job and approaches each call with a calm, measured mindset. Outside of work, he’s dedicated to his family and enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and son.
