Experienced HVAC Installer Wanted in Springfield, MO
Work Hours: Mon – Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm with some seasonal overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 43,600k -75,000k+ Yearly Salary (based on experience) + bonus
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7 am - 3:30 pm
Job Description: Experienced Installer
- Able to lead a crew and job site.
- Responsible for installing ductwork in basements, attics, and crawl spaces of residential homes, apartments, and commercial buildings.
- Installing air conditioners, heat pumps, gas, and electric furnaces. Installing thermostats.
- Connecting electrical, gas lines, drain lines, and flue pipes through walls and roofs.
- Operating power tools.
- Requirements: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, operation of power tools, ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, new construction job sites, and on roofs.
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a drug and background check

Apprentice HVAC Installer - Open 3/28/2026
Apprentice HVAC Installer in Springfield, MO
**Our Apprenticeship HVAC Installer positions are currently filled; however, we encourage interested parties to submit their resumes for future opening opportunities.**
Work Hours: Mon – Fri , 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some seasonal overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 34,780K -46,720k+ Yearly Salary
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Able to follow the manager's or lead's instructions
- Responsible for installing ductwork in basements, attics, and crawl spaces of residential homes, apartments, and commercial buildings.
- Installing air conditioners, heat pumps, gas, and electric furnaces, as well as thermostats and various accessories.
- Connecting electrical, gas lines, drain lines, and flue pipes through walls and roofs.
- Operating power tools.
- Requirements: Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, operations of power tools, ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, new construction job sites, and on roofs.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
Job Duties:
- Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched
- Relocate from one job site to another job site as dispatched during the workday
- Operate the company vehicle as needed
- Follow the instructions from the supervisor and carry out in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
- Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings
- Perform installation of copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
- Carry out readings on machines with a full understanding of the implications of such readings
- Other duties as assigned

Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance and service for residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Required Qualifications:
HVAC Service: 1 year (Required)
EPA Certification: (Required)
HVAC Certification: (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a drug and background check
- Willingness to attend service training seminars and classes
- Work from extension and step ladders, crawl spaces, attics, and roofs
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Have the required basic hand tools
- Basic knowledge of service tools and testing devices
- Basic knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles
- Basic soldering and brazing skills
- Customer service skills
Job Duties:
- Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched
