Thomas has been with SS&B Heating & Cooling for four years, joining the HVAC/R field to help serve the community by bringing comfort and safety to every customer he encounters.

After relocating from Oklahoma and transitioning from an outside field, Thomas quickly advanced into a leadership role as one of our Lead Senior Technicians. His intelligence, technical expertise, and troubleshooting ability make him the go-to person when other technicians need assistance or advice.

There’s very little we wouldn’t trust Thomas to solve or figure out, and he’s always ready to lighten the mood with his quick wit and sense of humor.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, visiting the local cigar lounge, and working on custom firearm builds. Most importantly, he values spending time with his family.

Dakota has been with SS&B Heating & Cooling for four years, starting in the installation department before quickly advancing into a lead technician role.

His knowledge, technical skills, and dedication to problem-solving have made him an invaluable part of our team. Dakota enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in finding the best solutions for every situation.

A proud father, Dakota loves spending time with his wife and their two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, relaxing after a long day, and occasionally stopping by the local cigar lounge.

Alex chose to get into HVAC not only to learn a valuable trade, but also to help the community and challenge himself mentally after working both physical labor and office jobs.

With five years of Navy Reserve experience turning wrenches, Alex brought his skills and work ethic to SS&B Heating & Cooling two years ago shortly after graduating from HVAC school.

He is a caring individual who’s always willing to lend a hand and enjoys talking with customers and coworkers alike.

Alex and his wife are proud parents of three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and continuously striving to better himself.

Joseph joined SS&B Heating & Cooling with several years of HVAC experience in both installation and service. He started on our install team before transitioning into a service technician role.

Before joining SS&B, Joseph worked for several other local HVAC companies, including one where he first crossed paths with a current member of our team.

Quiet-mannered and steady, Joseph takes his time on the job and approaches each service call with a calm, measured mindset focused on doing the work right.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, daughter, and son and values time with his family above all else.
