We’ve developed a comprehensive plan with solutions to address the most common problems we see to help reduce the possibility of a breakdown. Our professional Service Technicians understand your heating and cooling system, and can help to eliminate money wasting problems.

When you sign up you will become what we title a Preferred Customer. This means that after we have serviced your equipment it will be safe, and operating at its peak efficiency. You will also receive priority service, a 15% discount on parts and labor if needed, and a carbon monoxide check in the fall servicing is standard to insure your home’s safety.

Effective March 2008, each year that you are a Peak Performance Agreement customer you will receive a credit of $50.00 towards the replacement of your system up to a maximum of $500.00 for a complete system, or $300.00 for a furnace, or $300.00 for an air conditioner. This is a credit for replacement only, no cash, and no credit toward service.
